I have been a customer since the QVC days. This is a splurge gift to myself. These crab cakes have been kissed by angels. They are delicious, expertly prepared, and totally divine. I used to fry them, but now I bake them on a foiled covered cookie sheet sprayed with butter flavored Pam. I highly recommend them. They are absolutely, positively worth their amount in gold. They are made by a down-to-earth, loving family. No filler just delicious crap. Most crab cakes are little crab and all filler. Nope, not these. What you see in their photos is what you get delivered to your home in a perfectly packed styrofoam cooler with plastic packing bags filled with dry ice. I always have a good chunk of ice left in the cooler when I get it in the house from my porch.
