I have had crab cakes all over the U.S. and live near both Jersey coast and the Delaware coast. Hands down, KI crabcakes are the BEST. Fresh, large chunks of MD crab,no imported stuff, and no fillers makes them habit forming!The MD crab soup is as good as my own(maybe better).

The crabcakes are great, however the Hereford steaks are the best I've sinken my teeth into in a long time. They are absolutely GREAT!

Thank you for letting me come by last Thursday to pick up the soup. It was delicious!! Everyone really enjoyed it! They even commented on all the crab meat in it and how great the consistency was!

I grew up in the Highland Town area of Baltimore and lived in the vicinity of Baltimore for most of my life and these are the best crab cakes that I have ever eaten, including my moms recipe, several restaurants in the area, crab cakes made by relatives and neighbors, and crab cakes ordered from other crab cake websites. What sets your crab cakes apart from all of the others is the hint of maple syrup (a guess) and the spices that you use.

Carolyn and I have eaten your crab cakes and your red and white crab soups and found them to be excellent and will be placing a follow-on order in the near future.

Carolyn and I both thought your white crab soup is also the best we have ever eaten and we have tasted many recipes. The soup contains large amounts of crab and has a buttery/nutty taste (Carolyn’s guess is nutmeg) that is excellent.

Carolyn and I thought your red soup was very good and tastes just like her mom’s recipe. Her mom's recipe includes adding barley and more chunks of crab that you may want to try.

As a side note: thanks for the samples of the red and white crab soups. We really appreciate it.

Just to let you know the first order of crabs arrived still thoroughly frozen with some dry ice still remaining in the container. The second order of crabs with your complementary soups arrived with no dry ice and the soups were beginning to thaw, although still good. You may want to put more dry ice in your larger shipments.
