Shipping Policy
"Kent Island Crab Cakes" is prepared to ship products to anywhere in the United States. To ensure proper delivery of Kent Island Crab Cakes products we require a street address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO Boxes or outside of the United States. We ask that you provide both your address and the ship to address if it differs from your own. Also, we require a daytime phone number so Kent Island Crab Cakes can contact you should we have any questions about your order.
Note: We are not responsible for replacement or refund should you provide an incomplete or inaccurate street address. Also, if you are having products shipped as gifts please make certain the receiving party is available to accept the shipment. We are not responsible for gift packages where the recipient is unavailable to accept/receive the shipment.
Kent Island Crab Cakes ships Monday through Wednesday for orders received by noon EST. For all other special requests please call 1-877-604-2722.
