These crab cakes were exactly as I had hoped -- full of lump crab meat, not much filler, excellent taste. They arrived cold, but not still frozen, on a Thursday and were great on Saturday and Sunday (I just put them in the fridge when they arrived). They are a good size -- one of these plus a side dish (and an app) was plenty for a great meal.
